Belfast 89fm is a local radio station serving greater Belfast. It plays 60's 70's and 80's Classic Hits -All the Time.
It's been broadcasting for 3 years, slowly building an audience.
My challenge is to create awareness and build on the audience, generate income and build up their social media
profile. Whilst all this is possible it isn't helped when there is no real budget to work with.
An ad campaign would help to boost the awareness and in turn once sampled would create a growth in the
audience. The station has some great qualities once sampled people love the music and the presenters are best
described as authentic in their individual Belfast style.
So far I have created a high quality marketing pack postcards to support brand and promotional activity, The logo and
corporate style has been amended into the 'HEX' shape. I retained the colour scheme and font as there was little
point in robbing the strained budget.
The social media avatars and header panels were all brought into match the new style.
